2. Service Areas

TrueNorth Logistics LLC primarily operates within Central Florida but may provide services beyond this region upon request and mutual agreement. Additional fees and conditions may apply for out-of-area deliveries.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete delivery details (pickup and drop-off addresses, contact information, and delivery instructions).

Ensure that all shipments are properly packaged, sealed, and labeled.

Disclose any fragile, hazardous, or restricted items prior to shipment.

Be available or ensure a representative is available at both pickup and delivery locations.

TrueNorth Logistics LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client.

4. Restricted Items

TrueNorth Logistics LLC does not transport illegal, hazardous, flammable, or perishable goods unless specifically agreed upon in writing. Any shipment that violates local, state, or federal law will be refused and reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Delivery and Liability

We take great care to ensure timely and secure delivery. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
TrueNorth Logistics LLC is not liable for:

Delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

Indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption or lost profits.

Items improperly packed or labeled by the client.

In the event of loss or damage directly caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the lesser of:

The actual value of the shipment, or

$100 per shipment, unless additional insurance coverage is purchased.

6. Payment Terms

All service fees must be paid as agreed before or upon completion of delivery unless a corporate account arrangement is in place.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and approved business accounts.
Late or failed payments may result in service suspension and additional charges.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Same-day cancellations may incur a fee if a driver has already been dispatched.

Refunds are issued only when TrueNorth Logistics fails to complete a delivery due to reasons within our control.

No refunds are provided for incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, or delays caused by the client.

8. Insurance and Claims

Clients are encouraged to obtain additional insurance for high-value shipments.
Claims for lost or damaged goods must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of delivery (or expected delivery date) and include relevant documentation (proof of value, receipts, photos, etc.).

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all shipments and related client information.
TrueNorth Logistics LLC ensures all employees and drivers handle packages and data with professionalism and discretion in accordance with privacy laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueNorth Logistics LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

12. Governing Law
